Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping

Please note most items include postage in the purchase price (where indicated), however with some bulky items and international orders I will need to invoice for shipping once you have completed your order. This allows me charge you actual shipping prices rather than rounding up based on guesstimates. Please get in touch via facebook  or by email to sales@rgsperformance.com if you would like a quote prior to placing your oder.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post, EMS, or Transdirect network of couriers depending on the size, type, and destination for your order. Generally speaking I aim to have all orders complete and items dispatched within 48 hours. Parts will not sent be sent with Authority To Leave as this voids your insurance.
All care is taken when packaging your items,  but please be aware that I am not responsible for damage sustained in transit. All orders are shipped with transit insurance and I will assist in any way possible should it be necessary for you to make a claim.
Please note that as of 17/3 couriers will not be obtaining signatures due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The terms of service provided by my freight partners are such that the courier may leave goods without signature if they judge that it is safe to do so, even if the goods have been sent with signature provided. Please be aware of this when nominating your delivery address.

Returns & Warranty

I stand behind my experience and the quality of the parts that I sell, and will gladly work with you to resolve issues of defective parts as long as I am advised within a reasonable time frame.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts. Please choose carefully and if in doubt ASK.

Cancellations

Store credit will be applied to any cancellations received before your order is dispatched.
