Polar engineering are CAD designed from scratch to give 300zx owner the option of fitting V Band turbos to their Nissan VG30DETT. The manfiolds feature almost perfectly symmetrical flow, and are cast 347 stainless steel with 12mm flanges and 6mm wall thickness, and are coated in black ceramic coating to help with heat management. The flanges are machined directly into the casting so they will never warp.
These manifolds are built around the Garrett G25-550 and G25-660 turbos. The manifolds use an external wastegate, and the Turbosmart Hypergate 45 Lite is recommended. Each manifold kit includes
- Left Hand Side and Right Hand Side manifolds
- Installation Hardware
